I have this photo figured out too. It is from opening day, 1962. Of course the Reds' players and coaches that you can read the uniform numbers are Fred Hutchinson (1), Dick Sisler (2), Bill Henry (44), Johnny Klippstein (47), Vada Pinson (28), Jerry Lynch (24), and Vada Pinson (28).

I have no clue as to who is singing the National Anthem!!!

The lady standing at home plate in Ron Martin's photo gallery appears to be Marian Spellman. She sang the national anthem often before games. One of the best at singing the song.
